01 — Wood Selection
Wood is selected according to the customer’s requirements.
Depending on the product, Mango and Teak wood are commonly used for our handcrafted products.
The selection of wood is based on the product requirements, design and customer specifications.
02 — Wood Sorting & Cutting
Selected wood is sorted and cut according to the required specifications.
Our cutting process is planned according to product requirements to make effective use of the selected material.
03 — Chemical Treatment & Seasoning
Where applicable, the wood undergoes anti-termite and anti-borer chemical treatment.
It is then seasoned in drying chambers to help balance moisture levels and reduce the risk of future cracking or warping.
This preparation stage helps prepare the wood for subsequent manufacturing processes.
04 — Designing as Per Customer Order
Furniture and décor designs are developed according to the customer’s approved requirements.
Artisans work from the selected layouts, designs or specifications and begin the required carving and manufacturing work.
Custom designs allow buyers to develop products according to their own collection or project requirements.
05 — Upholstery as Per Craft
For upholstered products such as sofas and chairs, our skilled artisans carry out fabric fitting, cushioning and padding.
The upholstery process is completed according to the design and requirements of the product, combining comfort with craftsmanship.
06 — Laminations for Long Life
A suitable protective layer, such as polish, laminate or PU coating, can be applied according to the product requirements.
The finishing layer helps enhance durability and provides protection against factors such as water, stains and scratches.
07 — Final Inspection
Our quality control team thoroughly inspects each piece for finish, polish, structure and measurement accuracy.
Products are checked against the required specifications before moving to the packaging stage.
Only products that meet the required quality standards proceed for export packaging.
08 — Export Packaging
Each item is securely packed using suitable protective materials according to the product and shipping requirements.
Packaging may include:
- Bubble wrap

- Corrugated sheets
- Wooden crates
The objective is to protect furniture and décor products during handling and international transportation.
09 — Export Transportation
After packaging and applicable customs clearance procedures, products are shipped internationally by sea or air according to the customer’s requirements, destination and agreed shipping arrangements.

10 — Insurance & Communication
Shipments are insured against loss or damage according to the applicable shipment arrangements.
